Are tickets working?

I sent in a ticket yesterday for GM help, but I did not receive anything indicating I had done so (nothing in game, no autoreply email, nothing in my record showing I had sent a ticket). Is this bugged? Looking forward to getting this taken care of.

    I sent one in 3 weeks ago. Same result as you. And, when I check the in-game ticket checker, it says it can't connect RIGHT NOW. Been doing that every time I log in and check.​​

    Nearly a year later, and the In-Game ticket checker has been showing nothing but the “Could not connect. Please try again later” message for the last two days.
