Key Pack Costume Items

For the costume items that have appeared in various Key Packs (Mecha Claw, Victory Wings, etc) do those packs ever make a return to the Z store like on a rotation? I'd rather not blow all my Gs on something from AH if said piece will wind up back in Z store at some point. Or if not, is there a vendor in-game that they're available at? (I checked Collector but couldn't find any there, just lockbox costumes).

I have to assume that these costume pieces are available somewhere aside from players who bought an extra one just to sell it.

    I have seen the keypacks get rereleased. Not sure if there's any known scheduling around when that happens.

    Some do, some don't and end up in the Trade Paper Bag store. There really not seems a set thing to them, besides obvious event ones, Ski suit for Winter, Retro Destroyer for Anniversary, etc.
