They don't have much synergy, but you can still mix them if you want (there are some Muni powers that deal Fire dmg and/or can apply CFlames, but none of them are the pistol attacks themselves). I'm unsure if there's any specific attacks or powers that you want, but here's an example build:

Incendiary Grenade can be used in general for a bit of background dmg and to put up CFlames for TReverb (it can also debuff for Conflag). TGM is the main single-target attack, and taps of Burst Shot can quickly put up the AP debuff for TGM (Burst Shot can also be used as minor CC w/ its KD adv), while Conflag is the main AoE attack. The build gears mostly for Ego, w/ some End and Con.
INT/End/Con (w/ and Int focus) could also work as the SS setup here. Also, if Night Warrior's stealth-related abilities don't fit the theme, then you can simply opt to not use them, since the passive is good on its own.
