Missing Perk

Bought the Super Charity and Ultra Charity boxes on the first day. Didn't receive the perks for either at first. Sometime near the end of the event I received the "Charitable" perk. But, I still haven't received the "Heart of Gold" perk.

Contacted support. They told me to post here for help :/ . So, here I am.

This was brought up in the 12-9-21 release notes https://arcgames.com/en/forums/championsonline/#/discussion/1216839/release-notes-12-9-2021. 7th post down.

Looking forward to any help.

    Sadly, I know this. I pushed twice and got told to post here. At this point I'm just jumping through hoops.

    Maybe a Dev will see this and take pity on me :'(
