Gearbox takes over and the game runs horrid

Title says it all. I am having rubberbanding and freeze screens that I have never had before. I have seen zero improvement in this game in the years I have played it and I dont think gearbox has much more to offer. Im done here.
My lvl 40 champs in random order.

    Umm....

    I don't think Gearbox has actually taken over yet. Be that as it may, rubberbanding and freezing are hardly new issues, to say the least.
