  I may change Whirlwind for a different wide AoE, like Hurricane or Wind Breath. You could also consider getting the special adv on Gust, if you want to trade a bit of dmg on it in order to put up Stagger for allies. Overall, the build itself looks okay for a Wind dps, which means that it'll have decent AoE, but more limited single-target dps potential.

  It looks fine. You could get a 2nd free adv point by trading Perfect Storm for R3 in Hurricane (to further rank up Power Conversion, the block, or the AO), or you could just use the remaining 1pt leftover to rank up the other travel power.
