Not a big deal but the Freezing Gale device says it applies the Hard Frost debuff without specifying whether it's on tap, after maintaining at least halfway or after a full maintain. From testing, it looks like it applies after maintaining halfway.

The Device was cool and I hope that type of mod appears for more types of damage types.

    Also
    Bug:
When using the power selector menu in the powerhouse,
the new check boxes that select a power type (Healing/Ranged AoE, Etc)
jump to the next checkbox above or bellow the checked selection
when changing to another power group tab.

    Example of how bug works:
1)Go to powerhouse and select the powers menu to select powers
    2) Go to drop down to select a power group, does matter which
    3) Uncheck all other options.
    4) Change powergroup or Framework tab

Looks neat, but I'm a bit surprised this isn't a Power Variant Device for ice or wind breath. Feels like that would make it a lot more useful/valuable to be able to use it without a cooldown.

    Suggestion
Throw this Frozen Ward mod away and move his advantages to the Brilliance mod from the Therakiel Temple, and of course, change the cold damage to All Damage.

We already have damage resistance mods and we dont need them to live.

The device is ok, and could be a power variant device as @panthrax77 suggested.

Feels like the Frozen Ward mod should just be what happens when you get an ice resist mod from kiga to R9.
