  Yea, Sentinel Mastery should scale w/ the character's maxHP, and not w/ bonus healing. Quick testing two different versions of a partial build in the PTS for me (one using Pres SS for the extra bonus healing and one not using Pres SS, other factors being the same) also had Sentinel Mastery procing for the same amount, since both versions had the same maxHP.

  I accidentally noticed something when changing gear that gave me more SS healing power on hybrid. The Sentinel Aura is affected by SS healing Power and Presence. Mod healing % bonuses.
  
  Just not compassion.

  Ah, I misread before and was thinking of the Mastery, sry. But yea, the Aura should be affected by most types of bonus healing.

  Judging by some old threads, apparently Sentinel Aura was at one point pretty OP (ticks of 1k+ for healing builds) cause it benefited from stuff like Compassion:

  So it seems like maybe the change to make it not scale w/ Compassion was intended to help keep it in line w/ other passive healing effects. Ofc, this is really old info (and some of the old stuff like the Aura procing Compassion no longer applies), but perhaps that's still the reason stuff like Compassion (and also the newer healing toggles, like Smoldering and Fear Consumption) doesn't scale it up now; it may not actually be a bug.
