  I may add Ebon Ruin, so you have a strong single-target attack option (instead of the AO, unless you really need the hold break). You can trade a rank in the Ult and/or the block to free up some adv points (and prob take out the Fear adv on Soul Vortex, since its proc chance is kinda low, and you'll have SBlast applying Fear anyways). You may also want to consider something like Iniquity, Rebuke, or Psionic Healing- just to have a long-range heal to fall back on for when Lifedrain can't easily reach (prob instead of the Ult or AO). You may also want to consider getting Sentry Aura in Sentry spec.

  Well, I'd prob consider swapping the R1 Ult for Soul Vortex, and getting its Soul Drain adv again (you could take a rank from something like the block enhancer for it). Soul Vortex is still pretty nice to have for a Support build, since it can put down a healing rune and apply Dependency w/ its adv, both of which can help you w/ healing a bit more.

  Although Pres Mastery can be fine for a healer, you may want to consider getting the stun adv on SBlast again and going back to Sentinel Mastery (Sentry spec's Stalling Tactics isn't useful w/o any fitting CC, but you don't really need that spec option, either way). The build could still work fine as is, though, if you like the way it currently plays.
