Looking to make kind of a mix between Captain America/Daredevil sort of superpowers, something with a mix of finesse and fury and capable of holding his own if he's outnumbered. Any suggestions?
Hm, well assuming that you want a dps build, then you could take WotW as the passive for the extra dodge/avoid (and/or maybe use Thundering Kicks for Lithe). Are there any other attacks/powers in particular from either set that you wanted to include?
I think Haymaker is pretty quintessential if you plan to do a lot of melee damage in one move. Dragonkick would be a great AoE stunner to help with energy as well. Not sure really though, just a combination of brutal punches and skillful kicks I suppose.
Okay, well maybe take a build using FotTiger then, since those are both charged melee attacks. DK can't knock for something like Pulverizer as the EU, but DK also being able to give Rush can make up for that.

For single-target dps, you can use charged Demolish to put up and refresh its debuff, while charged DK can be used for Rush (optional, but if you need more energy), and charged Haymaker is your main filler attack (and you can use Demolish vs. trash that you don't want to KB). Charged DK is your main AoE attack, though TKicks also has an AoE component. Since TKicks doesn't proc the toggle/form or EU here, you'd prob only want to use it in certain situations- mainly to boost your dodge (which will also help BCR/RR be more effective). You could also trade Upper Hand for Elusive in Warden, if you want. Gears mostly for Dex, w/ some Con and Rec (and some cost discount on gear).
