I have an idea for a build that consists of a creature made entirely out of honey. I know, it is weird, right? Anyways, I don't know how to go about this. Because honey is very sticky, he should have a lot of holds. I do know that Shadow Embrace and Quicksand are a must in the build. I would also like to have as much passive healing as possible because of him being made completely from honey (he heals just as fast as he gets hit), so maybe Regeneration or Invulnerability with Constitution as the PSS and Dexterity as one of the SS so I can take advantage of the Adrenaline Rush in the Spec tree. Other than that, I am at a loss. Can someone please help me with this? Thanks in advance.

The open power slots can be used for w/e ya want.
Uses Hurl and Force Blast for single-targets (you can tap-spam the blast on trash that you don't want to KB much), while Quicksand and SEmbrace can be used for AoE, and Grasping Shadows can also be thrown in. Gears mostly for Int, w/ some Con and Dex.
Another general possibility for the concept is to make it a Might/melee build that just punches things, though Quicksand and SEmbrace are ranged powers so they won't be as effective then.
