Yeah, it looks pretty decent overall, though it's seems kinda redundant having two powers w/ NttG advs (esp for pve). You could consider getting Dragon Kick as the source of Rush (and use R3 DU) and as a stronger AoE option, but your current powers can work okay too (since TKicks also has an AoE component). If using TKicks as an AoE (outside of just using it to put up Demolish), then you may want to swap the Lotus Blossom adv for R2. You could also consider replacing Binding Shot or Entangling Mesh w/ a chain 'lariat' power w/ a heal adv (like Trip Wire or Vile Lariat), but it's up to you.
<CO stuff> .: Petco :. // A basic FF building guide (see 1st reply) // PSA on Power Activation Delay // Ayonachan's Gift Horse (misc stat data)

Eh, when I brought up Dragon Kick as an potential added power, I didn't mean for you to replace DU w/ it (rather, some other power), since DU is still quite stronger for single-target dps. Even then, you don't have to add DK either, if you're okay w/ just having DU for single-target (using TKicks for Demolish), and Bladed Cyclone + TKicks for AoE. I also prob wouldn't get a normal rank of the lariat, if taking it, since you can just tap it for the knock-to and the self-heal adv (and Iron Lariat will be limited to 25ft, if that's okay w/ you; if not, then you could get a ranged 50ft version like Trip Wire, Vile Lariat, TK Lariat, or Dark Tether).

Yea, that's fine, though the floater point in Accel Metab on Trip Wire isn't doing much. I guess you could move Accel Metab to Bladed Cyclone, if you have nothing else to do w/ it (since that power is still a bit costly), or free up a 2nd point by taking a rank from the lesser-used travel power to get R3 Antagonize or Open Wound on Trip Wire.
