How does this look? I wanted to have a couple of powers that clump people up. Soul Vortex is weak but easy/fast to apply. I love ebon rift visuals, but it's slow, energy hungry, and not nearly as powerful as Talisman makes it out to be :angry:

    It looks okay overall. The R1 AO isn't doing that much here, so you could consider replacing that last slot w/ something else (like a threat wipe, self-res, or Ult) if you want to. I may also trade the Fear adv on Soul Vortex for the Dependency one, since you have other ways to put up AoE Fear (mainly DCollapse w/ adv, but also Ebon Rift and Shade Storm). You could also consider getting the heal adv on Ebon Rift, if you want to trade a bit of dmg from it for that.
