  Hm, an Infernal chains build? Well, chain builds aren't that strong for single-target dps, but they can still be passable if you're mostly doing easier content w/ them. I'd prob switch DE out for Life Essence if you wanted a heal, since LE is easier to work with in a ranged build. I'd prob add Toxic Nanites as an extra dps cd, and you also don't need the Debilitating Poison adv on Condemn when the Wisp provides that debuff already (you could still keep Condemn if you wanted its AoE hold and/or healing rune advs, though). Here's a quick edit of it:

  Corrosive Pit could be another power to consider, if you have it and it's fitting enough. The build gears mostly for Ego, w/ some Con and End. Con or End SS could also be swapped for Dex SS if you want a bit more crit%.

  Sure thing! You could replace either the self-res, Toxic Nanites, Condemn, or Vile Lariat for the ult, but it's ultimately up to you.
