Aftershock #4 Bugged: Cannot call Elspeth

Not only does nothing happen when I type "Elspeth", "Ellie", or "Dana" in Local chat, but Elspeth does not go into stealth when psycho-mom gets lose, which she is supposed to. I have dropped the missions and started Aftershock all over again from the start, but I always get stick here. I have also submitted GM Reports and Bug Reports.. none of which have gotten me any response.

Any ideas?

    In the past "Elspeth" or "Ellie" used to work (I forget which), but you had to have the timing down right. Sometimes it would wortk, other times not.
