Have a character that is darkness and uses Life drain and AoE heals for team heals.
Janet Taylor had one power. She could run fast. so she started her own messenger service. During one of her deliveries she witnessed a fight between a hero and the villain Dark Force. The villain shot out a few vicious looking bolts of dark force at five random citizens. Janet knew the hero would be unable to save all the targets. Basically she gets hit with a DARK BLAST while getting people out of the way from being attacked. But instead of getting injured Janet can how generate/manipulate Dark Force powers. (WANT TO KEEP IN CONCEPT)

Harbinger has decent personal benefits; but with stacked Presence, a sorcery aura is a nice bonus for your team. The dark lightning of AoED should fit your theme. Summon Shadows and the Commander tree work with the aura to add some supplemental damage while you spam Lifedrain.
If you have a Shattering Rain device to apply Devoid to a boss, Shadow Blast becomes less useful.
If you're taking Ebon Void, I'd recommend the Voracious Darkness advantage, especially on a support character.
I added an ally rez for lockout content and Cosmics, if you choose to run them.
If you're helping to heal at Cosmics, it's difficult for Lifedrain's radius to reach a tank without stepping into the Cosmic's attack. A longer-range heal would be useful there. I'm assuming something like Iniquity would be too bright for your theme, but a purple Arcane Vitality might be dark enough to fit the bill.
Presence Mastery is a solid option, but you could also tailor a few choices toward Sentinel Mastery, if you prefer: Shadow Blast's Psychotic Break, picking up Void Shift, and/or using a Psionic Accelerator device.

Change CON to DEX?
I would keep CON. Several late-game encounters pose a threat to squishy support. It can be beneficial to gear for a bit of +crit (and one instance of +severity), until the bonuses start hitting notable diminishing returns.
