Well I have played and been in forums / Discord / and YouTube checking up on and updating my character builds and gear. So, if you see a pre-posted or partial build in my builds, you now know where I go suggestions for builds.
I use the characters for PvE and mostly events / Alerts (Vigilance) and some even get into endgame game play.
If you see a way to improve the build I am always looking to tweak my characters.
I want to keep character in concept as much as possible.
So, in no real order ( except when I created them) My current builds for The Knights of the Zodiac.

My might build. Back before the change to how you got Justice gear this was the second character to get a full set and was my TANK. I have recently gotten a full set of Distinguished gear so now Taurus is a Dual passive with 2 different sets of gear

I May not be going into detail on gear on the others. They mainly use Fortuitous Gear with rank 5-6 mods. and the +20 to two stat secondaries.
Yea, the Taurus build looks mostly okay, though I may pass on the Rampart adv on the lunge, assuming that you aren't using it to boost Haymaker (since you didn't take Haymaker's special adv). It'd also be nice to get the knock adv on Demolish (and maybe R2 of it). You'll also be pulling heavy aggro when playing as a dps, but maybe that won't matter much in the content you'd use that setup for.
For Cancer's build, I prob wouldn't get two ADs, now that they share the same cd (if you do get two, it'd be to pick between a mitigation cd and Resurgence's healing). R1 MD also won't bring you past 100% anymore, even w/ R3 WotW. Maybe you should just ditch both ADs and get R2 Resurgence for the build, but it's up to you. It's also a bit redundant to have both Tiger's Bite and Reaper's Embrace in the same build. I would prob pick between one or the other (RE is easier to work around, energy wise, but TB can get very high burst dps as well, provided you have the energy for it). The build could benefit from a better AoE attack, though, like maybe Scything Blade in SB (or Frenzy on Bestial). Shred also won't have as high of a bleed chance when not using AotB for Enraged; you could switch to AotB, but then you'd have to reconfigure your stats/SSs to focus around Str (or just use SB's RCaress instead of Shred). Also, Break Through is also a bit of a weird adv choice, assuming this is a PvE build.
Scorpio's build looks alright for a basic Infernal SN one, assuming energy is fine for it. R2 of the Wisp can prob be skipped, though. You could also consider getting Toxic Nanites for it, and I'd prob rank up at least one of the travel powers.
CONCEPT: Underwater Race's Warrior Woman ( using Trident and some "Water" manipulation powers) I will admit this is not Optimized with Whirlpool and Incinerate (Colored Blue) But Whirlpool is a fire and forget DoT and Incinerate is a ranged Hot Water Power Jet attack.
A Manimal from Monster Island experimented on and can now fire "RAM FORCE" blasts ( Sorry), Man in Ram themed body armor
Uses invisible weapons for guns to apply Armor Piercing for the Crush Debuff ( Like the look but not the sound of the power) Chest beam did not fit concept, look and did not want to throw chunk of earth (Hurl)
CONCEPT: Man in a mystical suit of armor that can summon a copy.
I managed to make a copy of the Iron Golem look for Ritual of Arcane Summoning and thought it would be a unique take on the Gemini ( twin) concept. And sorcery for range attacks (Tried a melee version but did not enjoy it).
CONCEPT: A water Wizard ( Man finds a book with actual water spells. Man works to master magic from the book but the book (and wizard trapped in it) masters him. (Spirit wants to live again not take over the local snow cone stand or anything like that.
Was thinking storm Mage but not sure about using too many powersets. But willing if can get a good enough build.

Previous builds were Telepathy and Might (Mind and Might powerhouse). Telepathy and Telekinesis Mental Powerhouse) But was unable to solo events and did not do so well in Alerts.

Changed stats and Spec Tree ( Any other Spec tree changed needed?
(for Cancer) I'd consider getting more points in Focused Strikes and Mass Destruction, but it would mean dropping Rush of Battle.
For Taurus, I may take a rank from UR instead of Resurgence, but it's up to you.
For Cancer, you don't necc need to use AotB/Str if you went w/ TBite instead of REmbrace, since TB won't also end your bleeds (unlike RE) for you to have to keep building them up again. I guess I should have clarified that better earlier, but you could go back to FotS + Dex if you ended up picking TB instead of RE. Even w/ TB, though, I would be a bit concerned about your energy, either way, but it does come down a bit to gear, ally buffs, and what your rotation ends up being. I'm not really clear w/ the updated build on how you'd plan on using your attacks, though, or what would make you decide between TB or RE.
Also, in the future if you're just updating a build here, it may be better to just post a link to the updated build instead of a full text export, since you have so many builds posted already and it's quite a lot to scroll through.
Okay, I'll quickly cover some of the newer builds atm.
Leo's build looks okay for Bestial, though I am unsure of what attack rotation you are using for single-targets. If you're alternating between Shred and Massacre for Brawler's Setup, then you won't need Eviscerate; if you're mostly spamming Massacre instead, then you'll want to keep Evis w/ adv to refresh debuffs.
Pisces' build is pretty interesting, for the theme. Incinerate is a bit redundant, though, and it won't work w/ the toggle/form or EU here (the Ult won't either, but at least the Ult has a cd and provides some background dmg). Brimstone is also a bit redundant w/ Arc of Ruin, and you may want to use Eruption w/ adv to put up CFlames more reliably instead. I'd also prob choose a different spec than Sentry here (maybe just go w/ Vindicator).
Since Aries' build is a bit of a glass cannon, I may pick Power Conversion over Dark Transfusion, just cause it doesn't imperil you as much. Getting the block to R3 would also be nice (you can take points from the AO or Crushing Wave for it). Also, keep in mind that you'll need to be w/in 50ft to use Burst Shot for its debuff.
Lastly, for Gemini's build, I'd prob get a dps passive and play it in the Ranged dps role, to avoid using a Hybrid aura in groups. The build otherwise looks okay for a Sorc build. I may consider getting Infernal's Wisp w/ the Cursed adv (and maybe Ghost Fire or Guide), since it can be long-ranged to go w/ Soul Beam and Star Barrage (unlike w/ Hex). I may also consider getting Dex SS instead of Rec SS. I'd also prob skip on the special adv for the block and just get R2 of it.
On the updated Cancer build: there's no real need for the Messy adv on Scything Blade if you're just going to be consuming Shredded w/ TBite. I may also just get R3 on TB, and you may also want to consider using Brawler spec then (instead of prob Warden), cause Setup will be strong if you're alternating between Shred and charged TB (Penetrating Strikes, Ruthless, and Flanking or Finishing Blow are also good to have for the build). For the specs, I'd prob also max Focused Strikes for it (instead of having 1pt in Modified Gear).
For Scorpio's update, you may not need the special adv on the Ult if you already have the Wisp for Debilitating Poison (and you could roll its Noxious Poison w/ IBlast's special adv, if you want). It may also be better to use Chilled Form and Supernatural Power if using Defile heavily (since it's poison chance isn't guaranteed), but it will depend a bit on the rotation (if it's alternating between the blast and Defile, then either approach can be fine). I may also max Insight in Ego PSS, since Defile is a bit costly, but that depends on your energy situation w/ it.
Taurus's updated build generally looks okay. I'll get to some of the other builds later.
Capricorn's build is decent, but it looks pretty similar to Gemini's. I guess that's fine if you don't mind two characters sharing a similar playstyle. I'd also prob pass on Modified Gear in Vind spec, unless you are using something like the Justice gear set that gives a large Offense bonus.
Oh, and on the topic of Gemini: I missed it before, but I prob wouldn't use Commander spec if you only have one normal pet power. A spec that boosts your personal performance will prob be better overall there.
Aquarius' build is pretty good for a water/storm theme, although Avalanche is a bit redundant w/ Hurricane, and I'd get the Frost Bite adv on Ice Blast to easily refresh Chill (since Ice Spear doesn't always apply Chill). I'd also prob drop Force Eruption; its Grav Polarity adv is affected by dmg DR, and doesn't add that much overall (it's also immobile). You could just get something like a self-res or a threat wipe in that power slot instead (and those could be left at R1). Dust Devil is a bit iffy here, since it has a decent energy cost and (afaik) cannot crit, but I suppose for AoE its special adv does have some synergy w/ Hurricane's Perfect Storm. I'd prob also change Rec SS to End SS, since that scales up Icy Embrace more.
Libra's build is okay for an AoED support unit, though I may be a bit concerned about energy when using things like LE and Star Barrage. Overdrive also scales more w/ End than w/ Rec. Conjuring + Int SS may be a better EU fit, though, since you're using the Wisp and Star Barrage already. Also, although Celestial's Ult is fine, it is on a long cd for the purpose of resing allies (a normal ally res may be more useful). Keep in mind that sigils can also be destroyed by boss AoE; I may trade the sigils for a normal ally heal to supplement LE, if you can't be next to an ally to heal them and/or there's no enemy target to drain nearby. You may also want the HoT adv on Star Barrage here. You also don't have a committed single-target attack, but I suppose that's not a high priority here. Lastly, I'd prob get at least one point in Moment of Glory (instead of Grandeur) and maybe max Repurpose in Pres PSS.
For the update to Pisces, I may still drop Incinerate. If you did want a re-colored Fire power in there, then maybe just make it Rimefire Burst? Even though it also won't proc the toggle/form or EU, at least it's on a cd for that to not matter as much. Or you could just get Absorb Heat, which is a nice AoE heal for a build that can easily apply CFlames and play up-close.
Aries' updated build looks mostly alright, though I may max Power Conversion for FC (could take a rank from LNL or Crushing Wave). I'd also still change out Commander spec in Gemini's update, if you haven't yet.
Now onto the last few builds:
For Virgo's build: it generally looks okay, though I may consider getting the Dazzle adv on TK Barrage for an AoE stun. I'm also not quite sure why SEmbrace and DCollapse are in there, as they aren't really necessary (at least from a practical standpoint), but I guess there's some utility from SEmbrace's heal adv and DCollpase's knockdown.
For Sagittarius' build, I'd get the Stim Pack adv on Desperate Shot. I'd also definitely get R2 on Rapid Shots, as it's your best single-target attack here. You may also want to consider the Root adv on Storm of Arrows, but that's up to you. Also, keep in mind that Hunter's Instinct now scales w/ Int, but Chilled Form doesn't (and I'm not sure what your main stat is here- if it's not Ego then you could drop Ego SS w/ that SS setup). I may also pick Guardian spec over Avenger here (or if keeping Avenger, then drop Preemptive Strike and get Relentless Assault for Rapid Shots and Storm of Arrows).
Ophiuchus' build looks solid overall. If you do need more self-healing, then you could swap the AO (as AOs are somewhat low priority for dps builds) for Conviction. You could also consider getting Flanking in Brawler spec; it's a very good option when you have tanks around that can face mobs away from you.
Looking quickly over each updated build, and here's a few more comments on them:
- For Aquarius, I'd def take the Hard Frost adv on Ice Blast too (can take a rank from the Ult for it).
- Sagittarius' stat focus would be either for Dex or Ego in that build (since you took Chilled Form). You could focus on Int instead, but then you'd have to change to Concentration or Precision as the toggle/form. It's up to you, as there's different combinations of SSs, main stats, and toggle/forms that could work out, but having decent crit and Int SS'd somewhere for Hunter's Instinct is good, either way.
My previous feedback still seems to apply to most of the builds that were updated. If you have even newer updates for any of them, then I'd ask that you put them in a new reply below so it's easier to tell.
Well, I meant for you to put the updated builds in new replies, since it's harder to tell what changed when you delete the old versions, but I'll just go off of what I see now. Anyways, some of my previous advice still holds for Libra (namely: getting a normal ally heal, getting a normal ally res), and getting both Frost Bite and Hard Frost for Ice Blast on Aquarius' build (also, if Dex is the main stat for him, then you'll want 3/3 in Sixth Sense for Ego PSS). Capricorn's build is fine (though it was mostly fine before).

For Libra Transcendence is last power so I can Swap cheaply. (I love the fx and pose at end of power)
For Aquarius can get 50 Global to fix up spec tree. Also can move 2 points from Block to add Hard Frost to the blast (Or save up to take 2 points from Ultimate.) Will accept any donations
Okay, well still having a link to the old versions would have been nice for reference. But yea, it shouldn't be too hard to get the resources to change those things; at least, if you don't have to re-train most of the build.
I mean, my concern was to not delete old version of builds, to make it easier to track what changes have been made, but you don't necessarily need to post the full text exports for the old versions either (just a link works). It is your thread, though, so you can organize it however you'd like.
Anyways, Gemini's latest update looks pretty good overall. I may switch the toggle/form to Concentration, since you don't need Spellcaster's Enchantment status for Soul Beam when you have Wisp's Guide for that (and because Conc still scales w/ Int, so no stat changes are needed), but the build could still work w/ Spellcaster. Not much else to say about it, other than you'll need to switch to the Hybrid role if you want to use Invuln (if taking it).
Yea, Aries' update looks mostly fine. I'd prob max out Mass Destruction in Vind spec (for FC). Also, since Ego is your main stat there, then you'll also want to max out Follow Through in Ego PSS.
Yea, Pisces' update looks better. Since it doesn't have Con SS'd, you may want to fully rank the block enhancer, otherwise the build looks like it could work out well.
Gemini's update looks good. You could get R2 on Pillar of Poz for a bit more healing, but you could also get some mileage from its Jinx adv, so I'll just leave that choice up to you.

Shred also won't have as high of a bleed chance when not using AotB for Enraged; you could switch to AotB, but then you'd have to reconfigure your stats/SSs to focus around Str (or just use SB's RCaress instead of Shred). Also, Break Through is also a bit of a weird adv choice, assuming this is a PvE build.
Scorpio's build looks alright for a basic Infernal SN one, assuming energy is fine for it. R2 of the Wisp can prob be skipped, though. You could also consider getting Toxic Nanites for it, and I'd prob rank up at least one of the travel powers.

(for Cancer) I'd consider getting more points in Focused Strikes and Mass Destruction, but it would mean dropping Rush of Battle.
For Taurus, I may take a rank from UR instead of Resurgence, but it's up to you.
For Cancer, you don't necc need to use AotB/Str if you went w/ TBite instead of REmbrace, since TB won't also end your bleeds (unlike RE) for you to have to keep building them up again. I guess I should have clarified that better earlier, but you could go back to FotS + Dex if you ended up picking TB instead of RE. Even w/ TB, though, I would be a bit concerned about your energy, either way, but it does come down a bit to gear, ally buffs, and what your rotation ends up being. I'm not really clear w/ the updated build on how you'd plan on using your attacks, though, or what would make you decide between TB or RE.
Also, in the future if you're just updating a build here, it may be better to just post a link to the updated build instead of a full text export, since you have so many builds posted already and it's quite a lot to scroll through.

Leo's build looks okay for Bestial, though I am unsure of what attack rotation you are using for single-targets. If you're alternating between Shred and Massacre for Brawler's Setup, then you won't need Eviscerate; if you're mostly spamming Massacre instead, then you'll want to keep Evis w/ adv to refresh debuffs.
Pisces' build is pretty interesting, for the theme. Incinerate is a bit redundant, though, and it won't work w/ the toggle/form or EU here (the Ult won't either, but at least the Ult has a cd and provides some background dmg). Brimstone is also a bit redundant w/ Arc of Ruin, and you may want to use Eruption w/ adv to put up CFlames more reliably instead. I'd also prob choose a different spec than Sentry here (maybe just go w/ Vindicator).
Since Aries' build is a bit of a glass cannon, I may pick Power Conversion over Dark Transfusion, just cause it doesn't imperil you as much. Getting the block to R3 would also be nice (you can take points from the AO or Crushing Wave for it). Also, keep in mind that you'll need to be w/in 50ft to use Burst Shot for its debuff.
Lastly, for Gemini's build, I'd prob get a dps passive and play it in the Ranged dps role, to avoid using a Hybrid aura in groups. The build otherwise looks okay for a Sorc build. I may consider getting Infernal's Wisp w/ the Cursed adv (and maybe Ghost Fire or Guide), since it can be long-ranged to go w/ Soul Beam and Star Barrage (unlike w/ Hex). I may also consider getting Dex SS instead of Rec SS. I'd also prob skip on the special adv for the block and just get R2 of it.

On the updated Cancer build: there's no real need for the Messy adv on Scything Blade if you're just going to be consuming Shredded w/ TBite. I may also just get R3 on TB, and you may also want to consider using Brawler spec then (instead of prob Warden), cause Setup will be strong if you're alternating between Shred and charged TB (Penetrating Strikes, Ruthless, and Flanking or Finishing Blow are also good to have for the build). For the specs, I'd prob also max Focused Strikes for it (instead of having 1pt in Modified Gear).
For Scorpio's update, you may not need the special adv on the Ult if you already have the Wisp for Debilitating Poison (and you could roll its Noxious Poison w/ IBlast's special adv, if you want). It may also be better to use Chilled Form and Supernatural Power if using Defile heavily (since it's poison chance isn't guaranteed), but it will depend a bit on the rotation (if it's alternating between the blast and Defile, then either approach can be fine). I may also max Insight in Ego PSS, since Defile is a bit costly, but that depends on your energy situation w/ it.
Taurus's updated build generally looks okay. I'll get to some of the other builds later.

Capricorn's build is decent, but it looks pretty similar to Gemini's. I guess that's fine if you don't mind two characters sharing a similar playstyle. I'd also prob pass on Modified Gear in Vind spec, unless you are using something like the Justice gear set that gives a large Offense bonus.
Oh, and on the topic of Gemini: I missed it before, but I prob wouldn't use Commander spec if you only have one normal pet power. A spec that boosts your personal performance will prob be better overall there.
Aquarius' build is pretty good for a water/storm theme, although Avalanche is a bit redundant w/ Hurricane, and I'd get the Frost Bite adv on Ice Blast to easily refresh Chill (since Ice Spear doesn't always apply Chill). I'd also prob drop Force Eruption; its Grav Polarity adv is affected by dmg DR, and doesn't add that much overall (it's also immobile). You could just get something like a self-res or a threat wipe in that power slot instead (and those could be left at R1). Dust Devil is a bit iffy here, since it has a decent energy cost and (afaik) cannot crit, but I suppose for AoE its special adv does have some synergy w/ Hurricane's Perfect Storm. I'd prob also change Rec SS to End SS, since that scales up Icy Embrace more.
Libra's build is okay for an AoED support unit, though I may be a bit concerned about energy when using things like LE and Star Barrage. Overdrive also scales more w/ End than w/ Rec. Conjuring + Int SS may be a better EU fit, though, since you're using the Wisp and Star Barrage already. Also, although Celestial's Ult is fine, it is on a long cd for the purpose of resing allies (a normal ally res may be more useful). Keep in mind that sigils can also be destroyed by boss AoE; I may trade the sigils for a normal ally heal to supplement LE, if you can't be next to an ally to heal them and/or there's no enemy target to drain nearby. You may also want the HoT adv on Star Barrage here. You also don't have a committed single-target attack, but I suppose that's not a high priority here. Lastly, I'd prob get at least one point in Moment of Glory (instead of Grandeur) and maybe max Repurpose in Pres PSS.

Aries' updated build looks mostly alright, though I may max Power Conversion for FC (could take a rank from LNL or Crushing Wave). I'd also still change out Commander spec in Gemini's update, if you haven't yet.
Now onto the last few builds:
For Virgo's build: it generally looks okay, though I may consider getting the Dazzle adv on TK Barrage for an AoE stun. I'm also not quite sure why SEmbrace and DCollapse are in there, as they aren't really necessary (at least from a practical standpoint), but I guess there's some utility from SEmbrace's heal adv and DCollpase's knockdown.
For Sagittarius' build, I'd get the Stim Pack adv on Desperate Shot. I'd also definitely get R2 on Rapid Shots, as it's your best single-target attack here. You may also want to consider the Root adv on Storm of Arrows, but that's up to you. Also, keep in mind that Hunter's Instinct now scales w/ Int, but Chilled Form doesn't (and I'm not sure what your main stat is here- if it's not Ego then you could drop Ego SS w/ that SS setup). I may also pick Guardian spec over Avenger here (or if keeping Avenger, then drop Preemptive Strike and get Relentless Assault for Rapid Shots and Storm of Arrows).
Ophiuchus' build looks solid overall. If you do need more self-healing, then you could swap the AO (as AOs are somewhat low priority for dps builds) for Conviction. You could also consider getting Flanking in Brawler spec; it's a very good option when you have tanks around that can face mobs away from you.

Redid Sagittarius post with updated build and current stats/gear. (FOR PDS. please let me know if and to what I may need to change stats and gear to)
- For Aquarius, I'd def take the Hard Frost adv on Ice Blast too (can take a rank from the Ult for it).
- Sagittarius' stat focus would be either for Dex or Ego in that build (since you took Chilled Form). You could focus on Int instead, but then you'd have to change to Concentration or Precision as the toggle/form. It's up to you, as there's different combinations of SSs, main stats, and toggle/forms that could work out, but having decent crit and Int SS'd somewhere for Hunter's Instinct is good, either way.
My previous feedback still seems to apply to most of the builds that were updated. If you have even newer updates for any of them, then I'd ask that you put them in a new reply below so it's easier to tell.

Anyways, Gemini's latest update looks pretty good overall. I may switch the toggle/form to Concentration, since you don't need Spellcaster's Enchantment status for Soul Beam when you have Wisp's Guide for that (and because Conc still scales w/ Int, so no stat changes are needed), but the build could still work w/ Spellcaster. Not much else to say about it, other than you'll need to switch to the Hybrid role if you want to use Invuln (if taking it).
