Ranged TK Build for review

So I am leveleing a kitten with mental powers conferred by viper. And here's the build so please any advice is welcome in how to improve it.

    Got nothing for the build, but I do want to know why Viper would imbue a kitten with mental super powers (more than the sinister powers those maleficent creatures already possess, that is)?

    TK Lance is generally easier to build around, but TKA can still work fine here. Mental Storm w/ adv is kinda redundant if you have TK Strike for Stress and TK Shards to refresh it (and you'd be using TK Shards to refresh Ego Leech anyways). You could consider taking Mental Leech instead, to pair Dependency w/ Mind Drain (and MLeech can be kept at R1). I'd prob get the NM adv on Ego Surge (if keeping it), and it'd also be nice to get the HoT adv on TK Shards. Also, I assume that Dex is your main stat focus here (for Mental Precision), but then you'd prob want 3/3 in Ego PSS's Sixth Sense. I may also change Avenger spec for Guardian (w/ Find the Mark), and max out Merciless in Vindicator.
