Build: Help me revamp my old Archery Support Controller

So I had an old Archer w/manipulator that I liked. Came back to the game and I'm pretty excited about the TA changes. I want to rebuild my older controller archer, but I'm not sure what to do exactly. I think swapping to Intelligence/Con/Dex might be good.. but other than that unsure. Anyone got suggestions.. old build is below:

    Unfortunately, Sonic Arrow can't be spammed anymore, but at least Archery has some committed single-target attacks now, and Storm/Torrent of Arrows no longer have cds. If you wanted to make some sort of Support/CC Archer, then here's one way to do it:

    Arcane Vit is your main ally heal, while you have things like Sentinel Aura, Sentinel Mastery, Medical Arrow, and Conviction to help out. Sonic Arrow can be charged for the paralyze and Disorient, and Storm of Arrows can help proc a Root. Gas Arrow's stun adv will be boosted by the Disorient adv from Sonic Arrow, and that can also help proc Manip in the background. I added Rapid Shots so you have a basic single-target filler attack option available. I also kept in some reses, since this is still a support unit. You can also play in Hybrid role when out solo for a bit more personal dps then. The build gears mostly for Pres, and maybe w/ some Int and Con, though AoPM will be boosting all stats a bit as is.

    I'm not sure if you may have an interest in CCing at Cosmics? If so, here's a dual role build that can CC at Cosmics or provide buffs and debuffs for support, if someone else happens to be CCing.

    If you get a Revenancy device from the Bloodmoon event, you could opt out of Grasping Shadows and take another power. AoRP is appreciated at all Cosmics and you can switch to AoPM if someone else is running AoRP. This build would need a Tank to pull Kiga's dogs for you during phase 2 at Kiga but should otherwise get you through.

    Just an update. I'm going with a build closer to the one Flow recommended. Also Psionic Accelerator + Manipulator turned out to be a good investment. CC'ng at cosmics so far hasn't interested me, it seems tedious. Not to say I won't eventually give it a try!
