Any chance to make those Perks and Titles account wide? CC Contest I only started recently, but not use the same characters, depending on the thematic for it, like the Judge Emotes are account wide also. It feels off when those are scrambled around different chars. Since you can't repeat them also, as far I am not aware that is.
