Radiation themed Tank/Off Tank

Hello, I've been trying to come up with a radiation themed tank or off tank build (to get away from dps builds for a change) and I've been having quite the difficult time coming up with anything. I've tried working at it with infernal, powers that can cause radiation debuffs, even on a silly chance tried to do a particle pa/might build attempt (for theme mainly) but honestly, I can't come up with anything. I was wondering if the forums could help me out on this.

    There's many diff ways to fit a radiation theme. Infernal is good, and/or Fire, or PA (though you wouldn't want to mix in other sets if using slotted PA), or most melee sets for a melee-focused build (depending on the potential weapon(s) you want to use), etc. I'm unsure about what powers in particular you're looking for, though, or if you wanted it to focus more on melee vs. ranged, but here's an example for a ranged build:

    The last 3 powers can be w/e ya want

    Alternates between IBlast and Fireball for single-target dps, while mainly using Epidemic for AoE. In either case, the Wisp can be used to help buff/debuff and put up Challenge from any range (esp in AoE, since Epidemic can't have challenge on it). Gears mostly for Con, w/ some Int and End.
