Other people are better qualified than I to give build advice, but I do wonder if, for role-playing purposes, you have an origin and backstory for Pisces? If you'd be interested in basing the character on lore from the official setting, I could offer some suggestions. :)

The character was 'rescued' by Wally on one of his fishing trips and became an attraction at Wally's Wonderful Water World. When the attraction Park went bankrupt Wally had Pisces returned to the Sea. Some hero thought she was one of the Lumerian aquatic races and sent her to Monster Island.

Pisces was taught the use of the trident and discovered she has some Water manipulating powers. She was also not integrating into Lumerian society because she was not Lumerian and was "to Surface' to fit in.

She started hanging out with the Heroes and Heroines that visited Monster Island and used her skills and powers to help her new friends.

How is that for a back ground.

For powers she uses a trident for Heavy Weapon attacks and looking for "water" powers for theme.

I am also willing to go HW/ICE

Hey, if that background satisfies you and is fun, that's all that matters. :) There are some alternative possibilities inherent in the setting that it sounds like you aren't aware of. I'd be happy to share them if you're interested in redefining your character bio, but I certainly won't object if you're happy with what you have. :+1:

Well, if you can tint your powers blue-ish then even Fire/HW stuff can more resemble water/vapor, if that's the approach ya wanna take. Here's a slight edit to it, as (theme aside) the build is pretty good as is:

You could go back to Warden's Elusive and 3/3 in Str PSS's Juggernaut, if you want to be more defensive. Pyre could instead be Torrent w/ the healing rune adv instead, if you have it unlocked. Regardless, it gears mostly for Str, w/ some Con and Rec.

Here's my take on the build.

Level 35: Palliate (Rank 2, Absolve)

    Sentry: Sentry Aura (2/3)
    Sentry: Fortify (2/2)
    Sentry: Reinforce (2/2)
    Mastery: Warden Mastery (1/1)

Since you were opting out of CON, I swapped out the Vindicator tree for some more defense/survivability in the Sentry tree. If you decide to go with CON instead of Dex you could swap back to the Vindicator tree for the extra crit.

I know you want water effects and whirlpool would be nice for theme but it's not very build friendly for a HW/Fire melee toon. I'd swap in Hydra, aka Water Snakes/Sea Serpents (colored blue), instead.

I swapped out Resurgence for Palliate with the Absolve advantage to do double duty as as your "Oh Shoot" button and a threat wipe.

I threw in Havoc Stomp with Major Impact for knocking foes into melee range.

I was wondering about working Force Geyser into one of these builds. Long rank knock and could look thematic.

Force Geyser would be fine to throw in, if desired; you'd just have to make room for it in the build.

Although it doesn't have much synergy w/ the rest of the build, I also think it's okay to work in Whirlpool by using other attacks like Eruption to keep Pulv and Enrage going in the background (some cost discount on gear also helps), but it's up to Andondarkmore if they want to keep it for the theme.
