It looks okay for a hybrid-dps overall, though the build doesn't have great AoE reach atm. Judging by the specs, I'd guess that your single-target rotation is to alternate between Shred and Massacre, and if so then you don't necc need Evis w/ Messy (Evis is good for refreshing debuffs if you're instead spamming Massacre more). You could thus potentially replace Evis w/ something like Frenzy, Venom Breath, or Lacerating Cyclone (w/ Vortex adv) to have a wider AoE (Frenzy is now a pbAoE and also a combo, so that can work well here, but the others are fine too). Another option is to drop the AO, self-res, or the lunge for the wider AoE attack, but it's up to you. You could also rank up Moonstruck a bit more, if you want.

Somehow I overlooked that shred was single target. What do think if trade that for Frenzy, then keep Evis and Massacre? That way I build bleeds with Frenzy, refresh with Evis and ST with Massacre. Your thoughts?

Shred has a frontal AoE component, but it's pretty small. Frenzy is better for AoE, but can't apply Shredded- so there's reason to have both combos in there.
