Did not unlock my emote!

I was buy a military pose emote with a character and put in my hideout bank, when i withdraw i click to unlock, receveing the notification but not receveing the emote in my second character. I already search in filters of emote window, in my invetory, in my bank (even having unlocked) and i don't have with me.
I need a support because i was spend a lot of time farming and this emote is too expansive, please!

    So character A opened it and you are looking for it on character B?

    They are character bound, there are often perks tho to unlock it account wide, in this case Military on 10 Characters and perk will go on the whole account, have to wait for the perk to tick in first due perk delay often. The description says it only unlocks on a character btw also.

    No, i buy with A character and save in my hideout and unlock with a B character.

    So you used character B to unlock the emote, and character B doesn’t have it?

    I already receive, was just a delay
