Although you don't strictly need both AoEs here, Bullet Hail can be used defensively for its dmg shield, while Lead Tempest can be used for its very wide pbAoE against weak_scattered trash mobs. Frag Grenade can debuff, while TGM is your main single-target attack. I also threw in Holdout Shot for another self-heal option. Gears mostly for Dex, w/ some Con and Rec.
IIRC, there was a problem w/ Close the Gap not working when w/in 10ft of the target sometimes, but I think they fixed that a while ago. Even then, you'll prob still have issues getting that close against targets that are very large, since it goes by the elevated mid-point of their hitbox. I would prob stick to R3 in that case, and that also gives you more flexibility w/ the optimal range of it.

I heard Close the Gap sometimes doesn't worked as intended on large targets?
