Trickster DPS/ Crowd Control themed build

I wan to make a knife throwing, rogue, dps build with extra crowd control powers, for a trickster like character, but I dont know where to start. Can someone help me?

    Sounds like a night warrior toon with int prime maybe?

    Knife throwing is a bit tricky, maybe boomerangs could act as a stand-in

    No prob. Even thought this build is int primary, you want to stack dex for form of the tempest. Also crit severity mods and gear will boost your damage more than other options.
