Archer/sorcery build?

I'm helping out a friend with a theme, an archer with a spiritual companion who can aid him in combat. Is there a workable build that combines primarily archery skills with some sorcery support powers? Thanks in advance!

    You didn't mention the role, so I am going to toss in my sorcery archer who fills a support role. Thanks to some handy devices he can quite easily solo the QWZ and the NI invasion portals and what not.

    You may want to replace r1 Masterful Dodge w/ Indestructible or Resurgence in Jaaz's build. That build doesn't replace a committed healer, but it can work fine for a CC'er that also supplies some dmg, debuffs, and support. Could also play it in the Hybrid role when solo. Another approach is to make it a dual-passive build and use something like R3 Night Warrior + the ranged dps role, if you want an option that commits more to dps.

    Thanks for reminding me! I had actually taken out MD for Resurgence R2 and dropped Guide from Wisp to pay for it.

    It would be easy, as Flow notes, to drop, say Poz, for NW for a dual passive build.
