Build Request/Advice: Storm (X-men)

Hello everyone,
I got a lot of help with my melee champion I was hoping to get some help with my Ranged champ.
I was looking to do a Wind/Lightning/Ice build to kind of emulate Storm from the X-men.
It would be nice to have some form of AOE freeze ability with some good lightning and wind powers. I saw this post using all 3 power sets but as you can see its quite old.
Would anyone mind helping me update something to get my Storm character rolling? Thanks in advance - Please see below from the archived post.

Silviu4MC had a pretty good storm build in the directory before the stat changes. It will have to be updated for the new stats and such. You could try to update it yourself with your changes or wait to see if he revises it.

The last power slot can be used for w/e ya want.
Typhoon can be your long-ranged and opener AoE, while Hurricane is for up-close AoE. LArc is ofc your main single-target attack. In any case, you'll want to keep Ball Lit up for the extra dmg, NI debuff, and to help keep Ionic Reverb procing. Ice Wall is mostly just there to get some more Ice powers in, but you can also use it to help put up Chill before using Ice Sheath (Ice cage w/ the Interrupt adv is another option, or Ice Burst w/ the Paralyze adv for some CC). Gears mostly for Ego, w/ some Con and Rec/End.
