Problems with the Portal Guardian / Portal Breaker open mission in QWZ

Since one of the recent updates to the Qliphothic Warzone open missions, the Portal Guardian boss has broken slightly.

Its breath attack has no cone indicator, making it a mystery as to where it will be hitting.
Its power colors have changed from purple to red.
I think its ground-targeted vortex attack is smaller than it used to be- currently it's the same size as Oubliette's.

worth to say that the breath attack also follows the target.
