Block canceling Elusive Monk

If you hit Block in between the 2nd and 3rd hit of a Thundering Kicks combo, Elusive Monk cancels out and reduces the dodge percentage by more than what Elusive Monk gives. This occurs even when EM still has 2 seconds on its timer.

Not sure if this is intended, but it looks like a bug to me.

If you block cancel any attack during its activation time, elusive monk will drop. Technically not a bug, but instead a big annoyance. It should be suggested to be changed to apply like Lithe on thundering kicks.
