Anyone else having a problem with page 2 of the Release Notes missing all but one note?

When I go to the Release Note Pages on these CO forums, page 1 is fine, but when I go to pages 2 or 3 I get 1 thread each, on pages 4 and 5 I get none, and on page 6 it seems back to normal with some 2016 notes.
