Well I am back playing CO again (as my 2nd game my main game is STO), it is still fun but I thought I would check in and post a build I have been working on. It is for my Freeform Demon - Arbal.

I have been just trying stuff as I go with the build, the Idea of the build is a person finds a powerful item that when he uses it he is change into a Demon has powers to spread poison/toxics
Here's the build, he is only up to level 18 so some of it is not there yet, and I am at work so I don't remember all my talents or the picks on my CON Tree.

Arbal - Freeform (Ranged Damage)
v3.44:36

Super Stats
Level 6: Constitution (Primary)
Level 10: Ego (Secondary)
Level 15: Recovery (Secondary)

Well, if you want to mix Darknesss and Infernal, then I'd first get a slotted passive that boosts both dmg types, since Pestilence doesn't. Enchanter is a good fit (as if ofc NW). I'd prob also pass on using Con PSS. Here's how I may edit it:

    Arbal - Freeform (Ranged Damage)
    v3.44:36

    Super Stats
    Level 6: Intelligence (Primary)
    Level 10: Endurance (Secondary)
    Level 15: Constitution (Secondary)

    Talents
Level 1: The Cybernetic Warrior (Con: 10, Int: 10, Rec: 8, End: 10)
    Level 6: Investigator (Int: 5, End: 5)
Level 9: Boundless Reserves (Con: 5, End: 5)
Level 12: Healthy Mind (Con: 5, Int: 5)
    Level 15: Accurate (Dex: 5, End: 5)
    Level 18: Coordinated (Dex: 5, Int: 5)
    Level 21: Acrobat (Dex: 5, Con: 5)

    Powers
    Level 1: Eldritch Bolts
Level 1: Infernal Blast (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 6: Enchanter (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 8: Concentration
Level 11: Shadow Embrace (Rank 2, Draining Shadows)
Level 14: Will-o'-the-Wisp (Guide, Ghost Fire)
    Level 17: Conjuring
    Level 20: Resurgence (Rank 2)
    Level 23: Defile (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 26: Conviction (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 29: Ebon Rift (Rank 2, Endless Void)
Level 32: Ebon Void (Rank 2)
    Level 35: Entrancing
    Level 38: Fiery Embrace
    Adv. Points: 34/36

    Travel Powers
    Level 6: Flight (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 35: Teleportation

    Specializations
    Intelligence: Preparation (2/2)
    Intelligence: Enlightened (3/3)
    Intelligence: Detect Vulnerability (3/3)
    Intelligence: Expertise (2/2)
    Avenger: Ruthless (2/2)
    Avenger: Round 'em Up (3/3)
    Avenger: Relentless Assault (2/3)
    Avenger: Preemptive Strike (3/3)
    Vindicator: Aggressive Stance (2/2)
    Vindicator: Merciless (3/3)
    Vindicator: Focused Strikes (3/3)
    Vindicator: Mass Destruction (2/3)
    Mastery: Intelligence Mastery (1/1)

Keeps Conjuring up w/ the Wisp, and the Wisp can also help debuff here. Otherwise, for single-targets you can alternate between IBlast and Defile, and you can use SEmbrace and Ebon Rift for AoE. I tried to keep most of your powers in tact, while still making the build a bit more functional. Gears mostly for Int, w/ some Con and End_Dex.

Here's my take on the idea:

(Unnamed Build) - Freeform (Any / Multiple)
    v3.44:36

    Super Stats
    Level 6: Ego (Primary)
    Level 10: Constitution (Secondary)
    Level 15: Endurance (Secondary)

    Talents
    Level 1: The Scourge (Con: 10, Ego: 10, Rec: 10, End: 8)
    Level 6: Ascetic (Con: 5, Ego: 5)
    Level 9: Daredevil (Ego: 5, End: 5)
Level 12: Boundless Reserves (Con: 5, End: 5)
    Level 15: Worldly (Ego: 5, Rec: 5)
Level 18: Quick Recovery (Con: 5, Rec: 5)
Level 21: Amazing Stamina (Rec: 5, End: 5)

    Powers
    Level 1: Eldritch Bolts
    Level 1: Enchanter (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 6: Shadow Blast (Psychotic Break, Back to Darkness)
    Level 8: Concentration
Level 11: Ebon Void (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 14: Mephitic
Level 17: Life Essence (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 20: Will-o'-the-Wisp (Cursed, Ghost Fire)
Level 23: Condemn (Redemption Denied, Corrupting Force)
    Level 26: Defile (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 29: Summon Shadows
    Level 32: Resurgence (Rank 2)
    Level 35: Fiery Embrace
Level 38: Crashing Incantation (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Adv. Points: 34/36

    Travel Powers
    Level 6:
    Level 35:

    Specializations
    Ego: Force of Will (2/2)
    Ego: Insight (3/3)
    Ego: Follow Through (2/3)
    Ego: Sixth Sense (3/3)
    Guardian: Fortified Gear (3/3)
    Guardian: Make It Count (2/3)
    Guardian: Ruthless (2/2)
    Guardian: The Best Defense (3/3)
    Vindicator: Aggressive Stance (2/2)
    Vindicator: Merciless (3/3)
    Vindicator: Focused Strikes (3/3)
    Vindicator: Mass Destruction (2/3)
    Mastery: Ego Mastery (1/1)

    Devices

In this version Shadow Blast is there to provide a stun (use Wisp first) and to provide some healing through the Shadows. Corrupting Force might be redundant and you could just take R2. Crashing Invocation is a power you need to Unlock, but it does provide a nice debuff for you and allies. Instead of Conviction, maybe try out Life Essence (you can swap out R3 for the adv that does damage, if you prefer).

@jaazaniah1 and @flowcyto, thank you both for your help. I am not sure which build I will try first.
I was trying to make a Plague carrying Damon - I picked Pestilence because I like how it was taking care of trash mobs, eating their flesh away.

I picked Con as my PSS since I play solo a lot and the extra HP helps - At least seems too. The Darkness and other stuff I just kinda threw in there, since I was not really sure of the pick next in the Infernal Supernatural.

If you are going DPS you usually don't want Con as your PSS. Ego, Int and Dex (along with a related toggle form) is the way to go; there are no toggle forms for Con. You could take Con as a PSS and stack Ego, but the Ego tree is so much better for dps. If you want more HPs you can always put a Growth mod in a primary defense piece. If you want to be more glass cannon, take Dex instead of Con.

Epidemic is a great power and clears out trash fast, but it's a close in power and the rest of the build is ranged. Just something to be aware of.

Rebirth slowly kills you after it rezes you. Fiery Embrace is nice because it also does some damage and doesn't kill you.

The current Dev team does not like Active Offense powers and is slowly nerfing them. They don't add a lot at this point (try to get your hands on the Gold Foil Special Item Targeting Computer). Probably the most useful one still is Imbue. Fire Snake is another option, as is Curse. I put in Wisp because of the 100' Debilitating Poison option.

Redemption Denied is a great adv for Condemn. Stuns/Paralyzes = good.

Usually R2 on Resurgence is enough. If you need 100% healing it is usually too late.

Yeah that was what I was thinking, I guess I played too much Warhammer 40K - Papa Nurgle's Troops where my favorite in my CSM Army.

And I like this build you just shared, I think I will give it a try
    Thanks for the help.

BTW is CO Wiki gone now or just down? Anyone?

I'm currently playing a toxic toon as my main, with a focus on Epidemic and Defile and he shreds through a lot of stuff. He's a little squish, but one growth mod changed that dramatically, and if I played a little smarter (i.e. blocked) I'd be fine.

I forget who gave me the basis of this, but it's pretty darn good.

The idea is Wisps -> Defile -> Epidemic -> Repeat.

I picked Fiery Form b/c Ghost Fire proc's clinging flames (allegedly), does fire damage to nearby foes (allegedly), and generally boosts toxic damage and because it fits my character thematically even though you can't really see it. Plus Pestilence can be a problem at cosmic fights.

The last 4 powers are open to whatever. I like Roomsweeper as a good "get off me" power, plus there's a chance to knock up, letting you charge up Defile while they're in the air.

Retaliation is a block. The idea of the damage boost is cute, but I've never noticed it.

I may switch out Aspect of the Infernal for Concentration since the rotation works perfectly for a full Defile charge and Epidemic maintain between applying Wisps.

Edit: I forgot to say, gear for Int and Dex (mostly Int), and a little Rec in there. You really don't need that much End except to increase the energy gain from Mephitic and Infernal Aspect, but I'm considering switching Mephitic and End to Supernatural Power and Rec.

I'm liking these builds I'm seeing, might try them all out to lvl 14 and see which one I like. I'm more of an AT player due to it being a challenge. I have all the free AT's and the tempest, but not sure which AT to unlock next, any suggestions?

Well, it's getting a bit off-topic now, but are there any powersets you wanted to try that you haven't yet? Also, it's always better to use FFs, assuming you have them available- even if you don't change anything about an AT's build, you'll at least get 2 more power slots as an FF.

Yeah, sorry about changing the topic a bit. I have 1 FF slot and i'm testing builds out with it, but as stated before I like AT's for the challenge. I like and am open to any role but not sure which to go for, creating a build with the AT is the fun part for me. I do want to try out PA, Techs and any good AOE powersets. Just not sure which ones.

Well, you can try the Automaton for non-slotted PA, and it's a ranged dps unit, or you can try slotted PA toggles w/ the Invincible, which is a Tank. Since you can gain more from slotted PA via making an FF dps build w/ it, I'd prob try the Automaton first, since it'll be easier to manage anyways. You can dabble in slotted PA later if you want a more marked change in playstyle (which also takes a ton of extra energy management):

(Unnamed Build) - The Automaton (Ranged Damage)

Level 30: Energy Shield (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 35: Unbreakable (Rank 2, Rank 3)

    Vindicator: Merciless (3/3)
    Vindicator: Focused Strikes (3/3)
    Vindicator: Mass Destruction (2/3)
    Mastery: Ego Mastery (1/1)

Tac Missiles is cheap single-target filler, while taps of Chest Beam can debuff for it (and charges of Chest Beam can be used when energy is higher for more burst dmg- but mind the knockbacks). Rocket Punch can be your main AoE, and Energy Wave w/ Rev Polarity can clump up all mobs for follow-ups w/ Rocket Punch and/or Chest Beam. Implosion Engine can do the same (and adds some nice DoT dmg), but it's on a longer cooldown as an Ult. EWave and Mini Mines can help you roll MSA, and the Mines also can help heal you a little when you deploy them (they don't have to be tripped for the heal to work). Gears mostly for Int (for MSA and Concentration), w/ some Con and Ego.

Thanks mate, I'll give that build a try. I've reviewed some of the other powersets and am going to look into getting the invincible AT or for my 2nd choice of powersets I'm interested in, will be the devastator AT.

You prob won't have the energy to use all 3 attack toggles at once that often, but adding in Force Sheath can help w/ that a bit. You can settle on using 2 toggles at once instead, though (like Mini Gun or Shoulder Launcher + Micro Muni for AoE, and Mini Gun + Rocket Barrage for single-targets). Slotted PA builds have issues tanking when they have to block frequently, but I assume you wouldn't be using this to tank high-end content. Making it an FF would give you more flexibility on dealing w/ issues like energy and/or blocking too, but it's ultimately up to you. Gears mostly for Con, w/ some Int and End/Rec.

The Devastator isn't ideal for HW, mainly cause it's missing out on Annihilate for single-target dps, but it has many AoE options at least:

For single-target dps, Skullcrusher is your main filler attack here, while you can use Eruption to put up CFlames, and tap Arc of Ruin to apply/refresh the No Quarter debuff (and refresh CFlames). Charged Arc of Ruin can be your main filler AoE attack, w/ Brimstone and/or Eruption also helping supply CFlames. Cleave is kinda weak overall, so I generally wouldn't use it here, outside of it being a basic low-level attack. Gears mostly for Str, w/ some Con and End/Rec.
