Strongest Nemesis Power Set?

Out of pure morbid curiosity, I gotta ask.....Which Nemesis Power Set is the most OP? Which one is the hardest to beat? You could interpret this question as which one is tankiest (hardest to kill) or which does the highest dps (hardest to survive against).

    It's less about the "Strongest" and more about "THE MOST ANNOYING" to piss off players during Save the Earth

    Power Armour is also one of them
    POWERFRAME REVAMPS, NEW POWERS and BUG FIXES > Recycled Content and Events and even costumes at this point Introvert guy who use CO to make his characters playable and get experimental with Viable FF Theme builds!
