Well, if you want a mix of Might + TP, then here's an example dps build:

(Unnamed Build) - Freeform (Melee Damage)
    v3.44:36

    Super Stats
    Level 6: Strength (Primary)
    Level 10: Recovery (Secondary)
    Level 15: Constitution (Secondary)

    Talents
    Level 1: The Devastator (Str: 10, Con: 10, Rec: 10, End: 8)
    Level 6: Paramilitary Training (Str: 3, Con: 3, Rec: 3, End: 3)
    Level 9: Relentless (Str: 5, Rec: 5)
Level 12: Amazing Stamina (Rec: 5, End: 5)
Level 15: Quick Recovery (Con: 5, Rec: 5)
    Level 18: Bodybuilder (Str: 5, End: 5)
Level 21: Physical Conditioning (Str: 5, Con: 5)

    Powers
    Level 1: Psi Lash
Level 1: Defensive Combo (Rank 2, Rank 3, Pummel)
    Level 6: Unstoppable (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 8: Enrage
    Level 11: Pulverizer
Level 14: Endorphin Rush (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 17: Demolish (Rank 2, Below the Belt)
Level 20: Haymaker (Rank 2, Reckless Strikes)
    Level 23: Mighty Leap (Rampant)
    Level 26: Resurgence (Rank 2)
    Level 29: Mental Leech
Level 32: Mental Storm (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 35: Telekinetic Shield (Rank 2)
    Level 38:
    Adv. Points: 31/36

    Travel Powers
    Level 6:
    Level 35:

    Specializations
    Strength: Swole (2/3)
    Strength: Physical Peak (3/3)
    Strength: Brutality (2/2)
    Strength: Juggernaut (1/3)
    Strength: Overpower (2/3)
    Vindicator: Aggressive Stance (2/2)
    Vindicator: Merciless (3/3)
    Vindicator: Focused Strikes (3/3)
    Vindicator: Mass Destruction (2/3)
    Warden: Fortified Gear (3/3)
    Warden: Ruthless (2/2)
    Warden: Upper Hand (2/3)
    Warden: The Best Defense (3/3)
    Mastery: Strength Mastery (1/1)

Figured it'd be better to stick w/ some TP powers for utility, since Might can already handle the main dps attacks. Beatdown would be the better combo w/ Might for dps here, but Defense Combo is fine if you want its good dmg shield (or maybe you like its look better, w/e). Haymaker is ofc your main single-target attack, w/ Demolish applying and refreshing its own debuff, and Mighty Leap can put up Reckless to boost Haymaker a bit more. AoE can be done w/ a mix of Defense Combo, MLeech, and MStorm. Gears mostly for Str, w/ some Con and Rec.

A variation of the above with a more supporting build, adopting PRE secondary and Sentinel spec. Lower dps more healing and control.

I've gone for the more Supportive Root that superalfgorn provided me, as I already have a Might that is focused on Both DPS & Tanking, so this will be a mix of DPS/Support. (Both of my OCs are quite buff, so they mix and match, One has Psi, One has Stasis)

I've gone for Resruge as I'm far too used to this power, this works all fine?

Yeah, that can work, though you don't have enough support in there to fully replace a healer; you'd be playing more like a melee dps that provides some minor or backup healing. If that's what you're going for then it could be okay. Resurgence is also fine to keep for the AD, though if you wanted a mitigation cd instead you could consider Indestructible.

    Warden: The Best Defense (3/3)
    Mastery: Strength Mastery (1/1)

Build feels alot more manageable with energy and keeping up my attacks, however I did have to remove Psi Lash from the EB, as it was cuaseing a slight issue with constancy.

Last power is gonna be what ever I see fitting, however small qeastion is there any compression of Mental Leach Vs Shadow Of Doute?, besides sheer visual?.

Also, for curiosity sake, how whuold you improve the Support Tree Via Telepathic?

Also, as for Mental Leech vs. Shadow of Doubt: ML's healing from Dependency is good for something that just works in the background (and ML's base AoE radius is quite larger than SoD's). SoD is okay for a -dmg debuff, but the benefit of ML's healing is more straightforward, and there's other -dmg debuffs you could get instead of SoD's that don't take a build up.

Edit: By the way, some of the power devices you can get, such as Psionic Surge or Psionic Echoes, I've seen some that are added to the power tray, is this only for certain devices?

Last I checked, both of those devices just take one of your normal 5 device tray slots each. I am unaware of any devices that go on the power tray instead.

So it turns out I am unable to use Mental Impact due to the insane energy cost, even with gear it's still pretty bad. I chuold just remove the power in favor for better one, as chnageing stats and ss will be unwise

Edit: Here is the final build, I've gone for Ego Strom, due to fits quite well and handy to Stun people near, stopping them from attacking and super cheep to cast.

Cost Discount rating on Utility gear can help w/ energy for Mental Impact (Str PSS's Physical Peak won't work for it, since it's a ranged attack). But Ego Storm w/ adv is fine, as long as it's not causing you energy issues to use.

Yeah, seems with the Adv, it runs on its own without consuming too much

As an alternative, if you're not committed to *might* specifically but melee unarmed combat, you could also consider unarmed MA powers with Ghostly Strikes (turns half their damage into dimensional and boosts it slightly) - and then you could also have the option of Ego Form (boosts your ego and dimensional damage, with half boost for the crushing damage, plus reduces cost of TP powers).

I run a melee dps mixing UA and telepathy powers with compassion and a bunch of HoTs. If you're interested in such a thing, i can get into more detail.

Hurmm, go ahead if you can provide the build as well, that be great.

I always wonder about a Melee and Telepathic build, that uses Ghost like Hands, as I been wanting to make a build that is quite close to Amara from BL3

    https://aesica.net/co/herocreator.htm?v=36&n=&d=163200000000000000L000LA00LC04GC00G404G500GA03ET0JEV0fM204JD030000000000000mys0000000010000000000&e=

That's the core of what i've been using. I added Endorphin Rush, Resurgence, and Aurora to that. It's not exactly how i envisioned it when i started - in particular, i thought i was going to end up with more ranged than i ultimately did. I may yet take out open palm strike for dimensional collapse. Note that I run in brawler role because BCF is most of my damage.

Lots of things could be tweaked here, especially if you specifically want telepathy you can start with the telepathy eb and not need the darkness lunge. Compassion and all the self heals was because i wanted to be a tanky dps capable of soloing even harder content (and because compassion equally boosts ranged and melee damage - less important once it became clear the primary damage was going to be melee). (Ego form works with all of dimensional, ego, and magical damage, + half boost of all physical damage, so there's a lot of plausible cross-framework choices).

The thing i'm least happy with is Pillar, but i needed a reliable and refreshable source of disorient for the eu to work, and wanted some magical theming. (The healing rune isn't a down-side given the build goals). More telepathy powers wouldn't need such an ugly work around.

But if i was going to start designing an unarmed/telepathy themed character (at level 40), i'd probably start with:
    telepathy eb
    ego form
    tier 1 telepathy power
    toggle of choice
    block
    eu of choice
    Resurgence

That gets you to any top tier powers on the next pick while condensing all the basic essentials to the least useful power slots. While making those decisions, primary super stat and stat spread would dictate some of those choices. It could really accomodate any PSS choice or set of super stats. If your ultimate goal is something like BCF, you probably end up running in melee role, because that's where most of your damage comes from.

Note: My character has the most complicated combat rotation i've ever used on a dps character, and it's at the limit of my tolerance for complicated rotations. (Pillar -> leech -> sprites -> open palm full charge -> BCF full charge -> (sprites) -> BCF tap till pillar is up, parenthetical sprites unnecessary if getting AoPM or AoAC, and throw in endorphin rush when it's up). I don't recommend doing exactly what I did.
