Costume Contests for Europe regions

Costume contests are a great way to have fun and be able to show off your creations.
However, this system is held at 1530 Pacific Time which in Europe is like midnight and many of us work almost all week.
My suggestion is that there needs to be held a contest at either:
A) A time where both continents are awake
OR
Have two contests one for europe and one for the US. I will let PW figure out how to work that one out.
Reason - As I have stated it is unfair for a contest to start at midnight my time and finish somewhere in the unholy hours of the morning and then expect me to get up for work. Either there needs to be another way also introduced to gather Dev Tokens or the entire concept of Dev Tokens completely removed and another prize implemented so that all players have a level playing field. I would dearly love to enter even if I do not win just to say I entered. However, I can't do that due to commitments. Show some love for the rest of the planet Earth would you PW.
