Missing Costumes?

So is it just me, or are some of the previously obtainable costume sets missing from the game? Like the "Dark Fantasy Armor" set (which I know for a fact I purchased), the various hair materials, and probably a few other sets that I'm forgetting at the moment.

Did the devs remove those sets from the game, or is something else going on?

    The Dark Fantasy Armor and the Hair packs were in the Z-Store, and I remember reading they had been removed along with some other Z-Store sets (I don't remember the reason).

    Probably because they were added as drops in game (at least darn armor).

    You know...instead of making new stuff remove it from X and add it to Y
