  Scything Blade can also be a decent pbAoE here, but I kept Crimson Bloom if you liked the dmg shield option. For single target dps, it Builds up to 5x Bleed w/ RCaress and Ruptures w/ REmbrace. Gears mostly for Dex, w/ some Con.

  By saying gears mostly for Dex, does that mean I should get it to 600 Dex, should I make the primary Dex? I am at 600 str, 70 ish Dex, 70ish Con atm. Thanks for help so far. I will add Scyytthing on test to look at it. Part of my problem was I was spamming my main attack enough due to lacking energy.

  Yeah, you generally want to gear mostly into your toggle/form's stat as a dps, and in this case FotS scales only w/ Dex (it also helps that Steadfast scales w/ Dex). Your main stat is not always going to be your PSS, as sometimes you just get a certain PSS for its spec tree options. However, you do generally want your main stat to be one you've SS'd, whether it be a PSS or a SSS.
  
  Other SS setups can work here too, though (and that's usually the case for any build)- so you could take Dex PSS if you wanted to as well. I like Str PSS cause it's more versatile for melee builds, but Dex PSS is also fine for more of a pure dps focus.
