Build is for PvE / Events / Alerts ( survive StE) and possible cosmic/Lairs.

You may change anything. I am looking to mix Melee with ranged for an Ironman homage.

Force and melee have a degree of anti-synergy, since ranged KBs can make using your own melee attacks inconvenient. On top of that, you're trying to make it an FC build, which will be very hard to afford energy for.

You mentioned PA, though.. did you actually want to use PA as a set? You could always take the non-slotted powers, cause at least taps of Chest Beam can put up a debuff that boosts Crushing and Particle dmg, which some melee sets can take advantage of. Energy Wave w/ Rev Polarity is another non-slotted PA attack w/ some AoE utility, in grouping up mobs for follow-ups. Here's an example build that mixes non-slotted PA and Might:

    (Unnamed Build) - Freeform (Hybrid)
    v3.43:35

    Super Stats
    Level 6: Strength (Primary)
    Level 10: Recovery (Secondary)
    Level 15: Constitution (Secondary)

    Talents
    Level 1: The Rockstar (Str: 10, Con: 10, Rec: 8, End: 10)
    Level 6: Paramilitary Training (Str: 3, Con: 3, Rec: 3, End: 3)
    Level 9: Relentless (Str: 5, Rec: 5)
Level 12: Quick Recovery (Con: 5, Rec: 5)
Level 15: Amazing Stamina (Rec: 5, End: 5)
    Level 18: Bodybuilder (Str: 5, End: 5)
Level 21: Physical Conditioning (Str: 5, Con: 5)

    Powers
    Level 1: Power Bolts
Level 1: Tactical Missiles (Rank 2, Blast Radius)
    Level 6: Invulnerability (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 8: Enrage
    Level 11: Pulverizer
Level 14: Defensive Combo (Rank 2, Rank 3, Pummel)
    Level 17: Conviction (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 20: Haymaker (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 23: Chest Beam (Rank 2, Point Blank Blast)
    Level 26: Resurgence (Rank 2)
Level 29: Energy Wave (Rank 2, Reverse Polarity)
Level 32: Energy Shield (Rank 2)
    Level 35: Mighty Leap
    Level 38:
    Adv. Points: 33/36

    Travel Powers
    Level 6:
    Level 35:

    Specializations
    Strength: Swole (2/3)
    Strength: Physical Peak (3/3)
    Strength: Brutality (2/2)
    Strength: Juggernaut (1/3)
    Strength: Overpower (2/3)
    Vindicator: Aggressive Stance (2/2)
    Vindicator: Merciless (3/3)
    Vindicator: Focused Strikes (3/3)
    Vindicator: Mass Destruction (2/3)
    Warden: Fortified Gear (3/3)
    Warden: Ruthless (2/2)
    Warden: Elusive (2/2)
    Warden: The Best Defense (3/3)
    Mastery: Strength Mastery (1/1)

Last 1-2 power slots can be w/e ya want.

The main single-target attack here is Haymaker, while taps of Chest Beam can debuff for it. For AoE, you can use EWave to clump up mobs, and then can use Defense Combo, Tac Missiles, and/or Chest Beam to help w/ AoE. Tac Missiles can also be used as a basic, long-ranged attack (won't hit that hard, but at least it gives you that option). The build should be quite sturdy, between the self-heals, Invuln, Wardicator specs, CC options, and potentially Defense Combo's shield. Gears mostly for Str, w/ some Rec and Con.

Would Force Cascade be a good choice for last power.

Fully charging FC takes a LOT of energy. You might not have enough with your SS.

Any suggestions for a last power for Ironman homage. Might go Self Rev and place rest of ADV. points into movement powers.

Yea, FC would take much energy- such that you'd prob only be able to partially charge it. It could still be okay as an opener on trash, though the large scatter KB is a bit counter-productive, and you could already do a similar thing w/ charged Chest Beam (though w/ a much smaller radius).

A self-res isn't necc bad if you actually plan on getting some use out of it. Other options could be an Ult that knocks, an ally res (like res serum), an AO, another self-heal, an AoE stun (like TClap) or another debuffing power (like Demolish), etc. You could also use that last slot on a R3 dps passive and turn it into a dual-passive build. So, it'll kinda just depend on what on what else you want to shore up w/ the build.
