Advice with WIND build? (DPS?)

Hello you building geniuses!
As title, I slapped together a basic wind build, looking for improvements. Doesn't have to be the most DPS ever, But I figure it will run in Ranged/DPS mode.
I already have a wind/ice and wind/elec toons. Just looking for a straight (more or less) wind build. Character makes/controls tornadoes.

Will I be able to fire off Typhoon at least semi-regularly? Or will I have serious power problems?
Are there better skill trees? Etc.

If I have to drop/replace powers, I could lose Updraft if I had to without crying too much. :) But these powers fit the theme. I';d like to keep as many as possible. (I KNOW I dont NEED them all, but I like theme.) :)

    Yea, I'd prob trade Updraft for another self-heal, like Conviction or ERush. I may also add Power Conversion, in case you're having energy issues using Typhoon heavily (will more likely happen w/ lesser gear and/or when solo, vs. in groups w/ good gear and ally buffs like AoPM or AoAC). Here's an example edit of it:

    The overall playstyle of it shouldn't change much, since I didn't make that many power substitutions (also tweaked the specs a bit). Still gears mostly for Ego, w/ some Con and End.
