I'd prob just skip on IDF here, since you have Conc anyways. I'd also pass on Redirect Force, sine the build just seems to be a hybrid-dps. Containment Field is going to be somewhat weak CC, and will increase the targets defenses, so I'd also drop that. I may stick Hurl in, even if it's not thematic, since it works well w/ MSA and can put up Demolish for you. I don't really see what Force has to do w/ a ninja toad anyways, but I guess for a 'water-like' build it's fine. I'd prob also have a cheap AoE alternative to FC that also doesn't scatter KB, just so you have other options to work with.

The open power slots can be w/e ya want.

Alternates between FBlast and FC for single-target dps, using Hurl for Demolish and MSA, and using Power Conversion to help w/ energy. I went w/ Frost Breath for the cheap AoE option here, though ofc there's other AoEs you could pick from. Gears mostly for Int, w/ some Con and End.

ok i thought i would share some of my thoughts, and why i chose certain powers. First, containment, but can be handy soloing. I usually use it on bosses, while i take out the minions. However, if you can think of a better power, go ahead an replace it. Redirected Force, is great for teaming. I usually hit Power Conversion, than click Redirected Force. This power is great for teaming, but is not needed for soloing. Inertial Dampening Field is useless, i might replace it with Whirlpool. All my attack powers, i use Head animation to make it look like im shooting water from my mouth.

Well, Containment Field generally won't work on bosses, since most of them are effectively CC-immune. Aside from the drawback of boosting enemy defenses, the the CC itself does no dmg, and when solo it's generally easier to just kill trash than to use a no_low-dmg paralyze on them that you have to charge. Redirect Force can be okay in certain instances, but generally as a non-Support you wouldn't be expected to use it, and then its opportunity cost is quite higher as well, since any time spent channeling RF is time that's not spent doing other things (like dps-ing). The other stuff (like the Head emanation powers and dropping IDF for Whirlpool) makes some sense, though.
