Patriot Event
  • Added Victory Hips Layer and Leg Accessories to the event store.
  • Added Victory Boots as a possible drop from Red Winter.
  • Added Victory Emblem as a possible drop from enemies.
  • New Mission: Complete Whiteout 3 times. Rewards the Victory Shoulders costume.
  • New Mission: Complete Resistance 3 times. Rewards the Victory Greaves costume.



Sidekicks
  • Loyal Sidekicks can no longer be discarded.



Powers
Sparkstorm
  • New Advantage (2): Chance to apply plasma burn.


Feral Rage
  • Fixed an issue where this power's chance to apply bleed didn't always apply on ranged abilities.


Arrow Assault
  • Fixed a bug where the secondary hit on this power applied more than once.


Cerebro-Stimulator (Device)
  • Fixed an issue where this power continuously applied a fx when using charged powers.




Costumes
  • Fixed a texture issue with the Victory bracers.




Whiteout
  • The Roinesh General now has a chance to drop a new costume transformation.

    I copied a character from live to pts who already had whiteout and resistance. It dropped the mission as out of date, and was unable to restart it, nor could I get the mission from Defender.

    It would be less repetitive (though no faster) to change the missions from 3x on one AP to three different APs. There are only three APs and two comic series so you'd have to add something else to the mix

    Every Costume set should be like this, spread across multiple things. Would give people need to do stuff other than Alerts.

    any update as to when servers are coming back up?

    I'm having trouble unlocking the Roin'esh transformation on PTS. Even after multiple relogs and waiting over an hour it still didn't show up in my list. The Item says it's already unlocked if I try again.
