Accidentaly used a retrain on my main and converted her from Free form to an AT.

So I decided I wanted to respec some of my mains powers the other day, and decided to use the free retrain token I seemed to have aquired somehow on the character select menu. And like an idiot I didn't read the description of how it worked, thinking it would function like a regular respec token in the power house. Instead it forced my free form character to become an AT.

I only play very occasionally these days. I have been a lifetime member since the original beta went full release, and would really like to have my old bowers back.

I don't know if this is the right place to post this, but since this isn't a bug, just player error, and I wasn't sure exactly where it should go.

I don't want a new retrain token, I just want my character converted back to the freeform she was two days ago.

Contact Support, explain the situation. Maybe you get lucky.

It sounds like you should be able to purchase another retrain token (or be given one) and convert that character back to FF?

I tried contacting support, and nothing happened, as for purchasing another token, I'm out of work right now like a lot of people and can't really afford to spend the money.

Did you use the website or contact from in-game? Using the website here is much more reliable.

They have never failed to respond to me about any issue I have had.
