Friends Logouts, Online Status Broken

Over the last few days my SG has been noticing that friends list is not reporting accurately who is online. Logins are usually announced on the 'friend' channel as usual, but logouts are not being announced. Sometimes people appear to be online who are not. The friends list tends to update accurately when you change zones or relog.

Although similar behavior has occurred for those who us who play STO and CO at the same time since the global chat sunset, this latest is happening independent of us being logged into STO.

    I am having the same issues and multiple friends do too.
    People that are online, are shown as offline in the friends-list, and vice versa.

    Staying in one instance seems to 'freeze' the list, and switching instances seems to only update it once before freezing again.

    I've got issues too, This including me being unable to remove friends / accept or decline requests

    there has been a strange occurrence where the friends list stopped working and had everyone who was online Offline

    Anonymous sometimes does weird things
