Unfriendly Fire

So I'm trying to do the Unfriendly Fire mission in Vibora City. I've got the amulet but I can't enter the crypt; instead, when I click "Teleport to Hidden Crypt", it starts to operate and then cuts out. Do I have to extinguish the fire surrounding the crypt? If so, how?

    What does the info on the amulet say?
    And my reaction would be to shoot, hit the fire with sharp or blunt objects...

    I think you might need to target the fire and activate the amulet. I might be getting it mixed up with another mission in the same area, though.

    Found this note online: Use the Storm Crest on the fire to enter the crypt. Once inside the crypt you need to free all the hostages in each room before you can escort them out. Put out any mystical fires using the Storm Crest.

    You get the amulet as a drop from a mob, and then you use it to put the fire out (it goes in your device tray, iirc).
