Qulaar Simulation Repeatable Daily.

Basically it's always bothered me that the qulaar invasion was changed to a simulation, but the tutorial was still locked to those that skipped it, and those that didn't know what perks you'd miss if you didn't complete it, perhaps the qulaar invasion should be made a daily that awards until merit, or some other reward, while playing it, it can scale you down to level 1, but I see no harm in letting you keep your powers, if your allowed to keep your powers doing other low level content you've over leveled.

I mean noone is led to Red Bug down, and you have to go out of your way to find Reggie's carrier, foxbat isn't hard to come across if you have voice audio on, or notice hes under the rubble either.

This change would make it so people can finally complete perks that they've been unable to complete due to skipping the tutorial, or not knowing where to look on characters they want certain perks on.
Eidolon got fixed, one of the sliver linings of 2020. Now if we live through 2021 can we get a foundry?

It would actually just be fun to do it over again TBH, but I don't think it should scale you down. Scaling down to level 30 is one thing, but scaling to 1 is something else entirely. I dropped down to level 15 to help another player, and because of my gear I was still one shotting everything by tapping haymaker. It wasn't until I completely removed all my gear that he started having fun, and I was still pretty OP anyways in comparison.

At level 1 you would just be a god and replaying it for rewards would just be another daily chore with no challenge. Instead, it could be repurposed as end game content. Like yes it's the tutorial at level 1, but later on in the game it could be like you get called back to help prepare for an impending Qulaar invasion at level 40. The enemies could be 40+ and it could have added challenges.

Maybe a long time ago but since OnAlert update, many rewards from perks had been removed and you'll do just fine to farm cosmics without the tutorial perks.
Nowadays, I can imagine only the tutorial open mission that may be turned into an Alert mission a la 2minutes Drill : 2 minutes to defend the cannon.

    More like this.

Repeatable, run at-level under the pretense of preparing for another invasion.

Still using the simulator, so open up another door at Ravenswood so players can enter the building.

The door should be at the powerhouse training area's telepad, given that the instructor states we are in the powerhouse in our first encounter, however Ravenswood satellite campus should have a school like interior with a secret undergound X-men style dangerroom and all that. But that's another thread.
