Is there a way to get additional character slots on the PTS?

I have 2 currently, and I'd like to transfer more of my characters over to tweak stuff.

    Lifetime accounts get more slots. 8 or 9 I think. It was meant to test so they give you anything you need and you can delete and report toons as much as you like.
