How do i get my lifetime account back.

i preordered the game and got a lifetime sub since release. i can't seem to find how to access my account.

    btw the weird thing is i'm using the same email i was using on my account with this one and i kinda remember i did migrate the account if there was a request to. because i have played it in the last 2 or 3 years.
