Power Replacer changes

I am asking the developers and cryptic team to please change the usage of the power replacers; instead of being primary offense, please change it into offensive core mod like the "Depleted Uranium Core" mod. Where it can be placed onto your primary offense gear instead of being a replacer. These replacers would be more beneficial to everyone in the game, and it will be utilized more than being shelf for no usage to anyone.
