It's mega laggy, repair the potato?

Lately the game is almost unplayable. I am rubberbanding, getting delay on powers, lagging.. SNR, etc. What's going on? I can play any other game just fine and the server usually isn't as "bad" as it currently is. It would be super cool, if you could somehow fix the lag, constant disconnects and all the other uncool "stuff".

And no, i am definitely not the only one experiencing these technical difficulties.
