So I looked up Defenders Powers, which are Energy Blasts and Portable Artillery, it also says he uses Super Strength. I figure i'm looking at PA build.

    Yea, I'd assume it'd mostly just be a slotted PA build, which you have a few options for. Here's one:

    The open power slots can be used for w/e ya want.

    Can run a mixture of the three main attack toggles (and Recon Circuits i you need extra healing), and Power Conversion can help you manage energy easier. Gears mostly for Ego, w/ some Con and End.
